Shipping Rates
Orders over R1500 qualify for free shipping. For orders under R1500, our shipping rates will reflect at checkout.
Order Processing
- For items in stock, orders will be dispatched within 2-3 workings days.
- For made to order items, time frames will be communicated to you directly.
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with the order details and tracking number. If you have any questions regarding orders, shipping or parcel tracking, please email us at info@popinjaystudio.co.za
- Once the item has been dispatched, you can expect delivery within 2-5 working days (for main areas in South Africa) and 5-7 working days (for outlying areas in South Africa).
International Orders
For international orders, please get in touch with us at info@popinjaystudio.co.za. Include your complete address, email address, cell phone number, and the items you want to order. We will be in contact with you regarding shipping costs.
As the customer, you will be responsible for all import duties and customs tax levied by your country.
We do not offer returns on international orders.
Returns & Exchanges
- We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in original packaging. Please report any damaged or incorrect issues within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos so we can assist promptly.
- Return courier fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
- Regrettably, we do not offer refunds or returns on sale or discounted items unless there is a manufacturing fault.
- Custom-made, personalised, or made-to-order products are final sale and not eligible for return unless defective.
- We cannot offer refunds for gift vouchers purchased on our site.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection.
