   1. All prices are listed in South African Ran (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.

   2. Custom-made, personalised, or made-to-order products are final sale and not eligible for return unless defective.
   3. Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
   4. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection.
